● Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
● Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
● Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
● Oversee sprint planning, execution, and review across various tracks including DevOps, Product, Tech, and Support
● Manage and triage oncall tickets and activities across tech, data, and backend domains
● Coordinate with L1 support partners, streamline L1 processes, and ensure SLAs are met
● Track and manage ongoing client implementations to ensure timely delivery, client satisfaction, and alignment with project goals
● Ensure resource availability and allocation
● Develop & maintain detailed project plan & documentation to track & measure progress, minimize risks using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
● Report and escalate to management as needed
● Must have 3-4 years of project/program management experience, preferably in a product company
● Strong work ethic with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
● Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
● Excellent client-facing and internal verbal & written communication skills
● Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
● High agency with a proactive, ownership-driven approach to problem-solving and execution
● Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Microsoft Project Planner
● Proficient in JIRA & Confluence (JIRA admin experience is a strong plus)
