• Create and execute a new logo customer acquisition strategy for Lemnisk.

  • Complete ownership of the P&L for the enterprise client right from onboarding the client
  • Driving and executing pilot/proof of concept projects
  • Manage campaign launches and coordinate related activities
  • Manage client stakeholders in order to ensure timely execution of the campaigns
  • Understand client business, Challenges & identify an opportunity to effectively use the platform & meet ROI expectations
  • Analyze campaign data, identify issues, hypothesize solutions and execute experiments

  • Assisting with the growth of sales pipeline through lead generation and inside sales activities
  • Engage with prospects at all levels and using different channels and techniques – Email, Phone, LinkedIn, and other lead generation tools

This position will be our first and a key hire in the United States market for Lemnisk. The right candidate will be an ambitious, entrepreneurial, and seasoned sales executive that can drive solid early traction and then step into a leadership position within Lemnisk.

  •  Open up US Finance mid-market (bank & insurance companies ranked number 100 to 2000) and FinTech domains
  •  Own and drive early sales cycles, develop a playbook to succeed, and scale sales within identified market segment
  • Develop and execute a scalable Go To Market that could be partnership or field sales led
  • Own end to end sales process from lead generation to contract closure
  • Ability to work effectively with marketing function (product marketing, demand gen, branding)
  • Own the Lemnisk brand in the US and all associated market development activities
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related fields
  • 5-10 years of digital marketing enterprise sales experience, of which at least 4+ years of selling enterprise SaaS
  • Ability to build and lead sales teams
  • Strong work ethic with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales commitments
  • A deep appreciation of technology and its ability to create value – especially in areas of big data analytics, machine learning, and personalization
  • A founder or start-up experience is a plus
  • Experience in selling Customer Data Platforms or other marketing technology (Martech) is a big plus
  • Experience in selling to enterprises, especially banks and insurance companies is a big plus
