Key Responsibilities:
● Work experience: 4 to 6 years of data science experience
● Demonstrated experience in leading programs and handling a team
● Deep understanding and hands-on experience of Machine learning and Deep learning
algorithms.
● Demonstrated ability in developing and deploying data-driven products.
● Experience of working with large data sets and developing scalable algorithms
● Experience with big data and workflow tools Pig/Hive/Spark Pipelines/Azkaban
● Experience with Keras/TensorFlow/Torch or similar deep learning frameworks
● Good knowledge of Statistics
● Proficient in scripting languages Python/Shell
● Hands-on experience of working with tech, product and operation teams
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Prior experience in online advertising/ finance domain is a plus
● Excellent presentation and communication skills
● Ability to work independently and deal with ambiguity
Qualification:
Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics,
Machine Learning or any related field. PhD would be a plus, though not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting with the growth of the sales pipeline through lead generation and inside
sales activities
• Engage with prospects at all levels and using different channels and techniques
– Skype, Zoom, Email, Phone, LinkedIn and other channels
• Work closely with the assigned Field sales counterpart and support territory plans
• Work effectively with marketing function (demand gen, product marketing) to
extract all required content needed to be effective and to take effective
handover of all leads
• Analyzing customer needs in terms of current business obstacles, identifying
• projects and scoping potential Lemnisk solutions
• Creating a business pipeline meeting an agreed quota of business opportunities
• Contributing individually to the team targets, achieving a high level of client
• satisfaction and quality lead generation
• Research accounts and identifies right contacts in every account
• Give early demos to prospects if required
• Hand over sales at an advanced stage to a field sales executive
Qualification:
● The right candidate would be ambitious, energetic and highly motivated to
learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
● Bachelor’s degree in business, sales or related fields
● 1 to 2 years of experience in BD/Inside Sales for a technology company
(preferably B2B/Enterprise SaaS).
● Strong work ethic with the ability to meet and exceed commitments
● Strong desire to progress in a sales career
Responsibilities:
● Create and execute new logo customer acquisition strategy for Lemnisk for the BFSI vertical.
● Own and Deliver Quarterly/Annual order booking target.
● Own and lead end to end sales process from lead generation, lead qualification, Proposal submission, Contract Negotiation and Closure for designated markets
● Proactively refine lead generation, lead qualification process and pitch for engaging customers/prospects
Qualifications:
● Sales Experience: 2 -3 years
● Strong work ethic with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales commitments
● Experience in B2B selling
● A target achiever, number-driven
● Excellent communication skills
● BFSI selling would be a plus
