● Complete ownership of the P&L for the enterprise client

Director – Sales (Mumbai)
6-9 Years


  • Create and execute new logo customer acquisition strategy for Lemnisk for BFSI vertical.
  • Own and Deliver Quarterly/Annual order booking target.
  • Own and lead end to end Sales process from lead generation, lead qualification, Proposal submission, Contract Negotiation and Closure for designated markets
  • Proactively refine lead generation, lead qualification process and pitch for engaging customers/prospects


  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field. MBA is a plus
  • Consultative Sales Experience: 6 to 9 years
  • Strong work ethic with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales commitments
  • Experience in selling to enterprises, especially banks and insurance companies is a big plus

Software Engineer 1

  • Design and Develop large scale sub-systems
  • To periodically explore latest technologies (esp Open Source) and prototype sub-systems

  • Build components to make the campaign management platform more efficient and scalable


  • 0-3 years of relevant experience with Algorithms, Data Structures, & Optimizations in addition to Coding.
  • Education: B.E/B-Tech/M-Tech/M.S Computer Science or Equivalent from premier institutes only

Skill Set:

  • Sales Funnel Management – Provide an organized framework to prioritize and manage sales pipeline with the Sales team
  • Own and drive the internal CRM system (Hubspot) and provide a compliance check and enforce hygiene in the business pipeline in the internal CRM
  • Lead all prospect business reviews and identify areas for improvement leading to operational efficiency, process optimization and accurate execution of the sales process
  • Support the leadership team with analysis, reports and drive continuous improvement across sales planning, strategy and processes.
  • Follow up with the sales team on sales updates, stages and account-based marketing


  • Experience: 4 to 6 years of sales operations experience in a SAAS or B2B set-up

Key Skills:

Good To Have Skills 

  • Good understanding of Object Oriented JavaScript and JavaScript Design Patterns.
