Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute new logo customer acquisition strategy for Lemnisk for BFSI vertical.
  • Own and Deliver Quarterly/Annual order booking target.
  • Own and lead end to end sales process from lead generation, lead qualification, Proposal submission, Contract Negotiation and Closure for designated markets
  • Proactively refine lead generation, lead qualification process, and pitch for engaging customers/prospects
  • Undergraduate degree in engineering &/ MBA
  • Sales Experience: 5 to 12 years
  • Strong work ethic with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales commitments
  • Experience in selling to enterprises, especially banks and insurance companies is a big plus
  • A deep appreciation of technology and its ability to create value–especially in areas of big data analytics, machine learning, and personalization

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the growth of the sales pipeline through lead generation and inside sales activities
  • Engage with prospects at all levels and using different channels and techniques – Email, Phone, LinkedIn and other lead generation tools
  • Work closely with the assigned Field sales counterpart and support territory plans
  • Work effectively with marketing function (demand gen, product marketing) to extract all required content needed to be effective and to take effective handover of all leads
  • Analyzing customer needs in terms of current business obstacles, identifying projects and scoping potential Lemnisk solutions
  • Creating a business pipeline meeting an agreed quota of business opportunities
  • Contributing individually to the team targets, achieving a high level of client satisfaction and quality lead generation
  • Research accounts and identify right contacts in every account
  • Give early demos to prospects if required
  • Hand over sales at an advanced stage to a field sales executive
  Qualifications: The right candidate would be ambitious, energetic and highly motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales or related fields
  • 2+ years of experience in BD/Inside Sales for a technology company (preferably B2B/Enterprise SaaS).
  • Strong work ethic with ability to meet and exceed commitments
  • Strong desire to progress in a sales career
  • Experience in using social media tools and sales CRM tools
  • A deep appreciation of technology and its ability to create value – especially in areas of big data analytics, machine learning and personalization

  • Overall responsibility of monthly/quarterly/annual revenue from a set of Strategic Clients
  • Define and Execute strategy for retention and cross-sell for every account
  • Understand client known and unknown needs and partner with Delivery and product team to address client needs
  • As a trusted advisor drive adoption of existing use cases and evangelize new use cases among Clients
  • Engage with CMO, Head Digital Marketing, Head Digital, Head Analytics, Head –Innovation and other C level executives.
  • Provide Client and market-level insights for product innovation
  • Lead presales for the region & given set of accounts
  • Work closely with Clients towards Customer Advocacy for evangelizing Case Study & PRs
  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering and an MBA, ​from premier institutes only
  • 6- 8 years of experience, with strong, demonstrated prior experience of helping clients achieve success using enterprise solutions preferably digital marketing platforms.
  • Proven track record in achieving/managing 1 million to 5 million annually in SaaS revenue
  • Experience in working with and influencing customers at multiple levels up to CXOs.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel, if required on short notice.
  • BFSI experience is a plus
