Key Responsibilities:
  • Evangelize initiatives & vision, both internally and externally – in client meetings, functional touchpoints, company all-hands, marketing collaterals.
  • Clearly define product requirements, to ensure a frictionless engineering execution and release
  • Own feature deliverables end-to-end through release, documentation and adoption
  • Define & track key product metrics to identify progress
  • Develop an extremely intimate technical knowledge of the current product
  • Understand product positioning with respect to competition, continuously develop and articulate differentiated messaging with product evolution
  • Stay abreast of industry and competitive evolution, identify new product opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders – including customers, other product managers, engineers, operations, sales and customer support
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-growing, rapidly-changing environment
Qualification:
  • 1+ years as a Product Manager for an enterprise or SaaS software product.
  • 3+ years of experience independently driving and managing complex technical projects.
  • Experience in an early state enterprise SaaS company will be a big plus
  • Experience in marketing technology will be a big plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a self-starter who will be able to work in a quickly evolving start-up environment
  • Detail and execution-oriented
  • Possess a strong sense of ownership and urgency required for success in early-stage startups
  • Undergraduate degree in engineering with an MBA preferred

Key Responsibilities: The Director – Product Management profile is a crucial position that will convert Lemnisk’s long term vision into an immediately actionable roadmap, evangelize it to internal and external stakeholders and execute the same.
  • Develop product strategy Lemnisk’s Customer Data & Experience Platform in close conjunction with the founding team, convert it into an actionable weekly and monthly product roadmap

Responsibilities:
  • Complete ownership of the P&L for the enterprise client right from onboarding the client
  • Driving and executing pilot/proof of concept projects
  • Manage campaign launches and coordinate related activities
  • Manage client stakeholders in order to ensure timely execution of the campaigns
  • Understand client business, Challenges & identify an opportunity to effectively use the platform & meet ROI expectations
  • Analyze campaign data, identify issues, hypothesize solutions and execute experiments
  • Help the account management team in client related issues
  • Strong contribution to product development by communicating campaign level feedback and expectations
Qualifications:
  • A degree/an MBA preferably in marketing, analytics, consulting, online advertising; post-graduation degree is not mandatory
  •  2-4 years of relevant experience in the digital industry
  • Must have prior experience in handling digital marketing campaigns, mandatory!
  • Prior experience in handling clients would be an advantage.
  • Should be smart in getting things done remote and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Has the ability to analyze large volumes of data and come up with deep insights
  • Has an appreciation of technology and its ability to create value in the marketing domain
  • Has proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic with demonstrated ability to set and meet commitments.
